Have you ever felt like you have a team of people who always have your back?

I feel that way all the time.

I haven’t been very good at publicly acknowledging one member of my team.

I’m going to correct that today.

I get emails regularly from people who want to know how to build their spiritual business and make it a financial success.

Sometimes I think – ohh that’s a journey I’ve walked on my own – let me tell you about all the things that I did …

While I’m happy to take credit for all the things that I’ve done, I’ve also had an amazing team that has supported and guided me.

***

I’ve had a secret weapon for years.

***

Yes, it’s true I surrendered – and that was a journey I took on my own. It was powerful, etc. etc. – no doubt!

Surrender led me to a deeper relationship with God – that’s true too.

And then there’s Ronda Wada.

My hidden-from-view-coach.

Why have I hidden her away from view you may ask?

I’m not sure.

I am sure it’s time to tell you about her …

Ronda introduced me to the language of my soul.

She gave me words when I had none – not just any words: the words of my soul … my North, my South, my East and my West – my Divine Coordinates®.

She gave me my name: The Soul Archaeologist.

***

In countless VIP half and full-day sessions, Ronda has shared her gifts with me to help me understand and refine not only the way I’ve communicated about my gifts, but also the approach I’ve followed to connect with others – with you. As a result, I went from really struggling to pay the bills, to a thriving spiritual business that has doubled for each of the last three years.

But these results have been ancillary.

The most important impact that Ronda’s guidance and gifts have created, has been the exponential connection with others around the world and the opportunities that have followed to serve others in remembering and experiencing their true nature.

From the perspective of my soul, there is nothing more important than experiencing I Am.

Thank you for helping me understand this, Ronda.

This awareness of my deeper purpose and message has unlocked so many other profound insights that continue to have a profound impact on my life.

We are all one. And when we feel this – when we experience it, we are transformed – and through our transformation, so too is the world.

Where I have guided other people home to more deeply connect to themselves and the Divine, Ronda has repeatedly guided me home to the resonance of my soul.

This has given me the opportunity to discover my truth, and the skills and confidence to honor it as I’ve continued to explore and share and excavate deeper and deeper.

There are so many examples I could share with you of the ways Ronda has helped me (and other people).

When I was thinking about writing this week’s email I started thinking about how I could turn what I want to share with you into an interactive experience.

The question quickly became: “how can I share Ronda with you in a way that you’ll get to experience her?” You know I’m big on experience!

I go to conferences, hear people talk on tele-summits occasionally, and have made some great friends along the way.

The people that resonate most deeply with me are the ones who are transparent, vulnerable, and real.

For some that’s a natural born skill. But for the rest of us, it’s something we learn how to do.

We take a step towards being real, we stop pretending, we share a vulnerable side, we speak our truth.

When we are supported on this journey to be real – to discover our inner beauty and eventually let it out for others to see – it can be among the most meaningful things we could do to come closer to not only experiencing who we really are – but also expressing that in the world.

I’ve had a lot of support from many different people in my journey to be real and I am profoundly grateful to each and every person.

Today, I’m thinking about and being in gratitude for Ronda.

If she hadn’t taken those steps towards speaking her truth and letting her beauty be seen by others – sharing her gifts with the world – I wouldn’t have the perspective that I’m writing from today.
