By accessing this website, reading its content, or participating in any sessions, trainings, or programs offered or promoted herein, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age, of sound mental capacity, and that I fully understand and agree to the following terms:
Participation & Educational Purpose
The classes, trainings, sessions, Transmissions, programs, events, materials, methods, worksheets, and attachments (collectively referred to as “the information”) are offered solely for educational and spiritual development purposes. All content is the intellectual property of Ken W Stone and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed in any form without prior written consent.
I understand that the information provided is not intended to serve as or replace:
– Medical diagnosis or treatment
– Financial or psychological advice
– Legal or therapeutic counsel
– Any guarantee of outcomes, monetary or otherwise
I acknowledge and agree that Ken W Stone, Beneath the Sand, Inc., and any associated facilitators or team members shall not be held responsible for any claims related to physical, mental, emotional, medical, or financial outcomes. I take full responsibility for my personal wellbeing, including any ongoing medical or psychological care I may require.
Liability Waiver
I have read and understand this agreement and willingly authorize my participation in the sessions and programs it covers.
In consideration for receiving access to the information and experiences offered, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby fully release and discharge Ken W Stone, Beneath the Sand, Inc., their employees, contractors, agents, and all affiliated persons or organizations involved in hosting, advising, promoting, or facilitating these sessions, from any and all claims, liabilities, or legal actions, present or future, arising from my participation.

Recording & Use of Likeness
I grant Ken W Stone, Beneath the Sand, Inc., and their associates unrestricted permission to:
– Record my voice and image (in live, virtual, or in-person sessions — only when I have turned my camera on and/or asked a question or participated in individual facilitation)
– Use my name, written words, and testimonials (audio, video, or written)
– Publish, distribute, and/or sell these materials in any format — including audio, video, digital, and print — for use in educational, promotional, or commercial contexts, both online and offline

This permission is granted in perpetuity without expectation of compensation.
Privacy Accommodation for Non-Recorded Participation
If you do not wish to have your face or voice shared in any manner:
– At live, in-person events: You may sit in a designated audience area that is not being filmed and refrain from participating in Q&A or on-stage facilitation.
– At online/virtual events: You may leave your camera and microphone off and choose not to participate in Q&A or individual facilitation.

GDPR & Communications Consent
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may:
– Choose not to receive marketing communications upon subscribing
– Opt-in to receive updates about Ken’s programs and/or his trusted partners
When enrolling in a program, you agree to receive email communications from Beneath the Sand, Inc. related exclusively to Ken’s offerings. You can update your email preferences at any time, including opting in or out of partner communications, via the preferences link in our emails or by contacting customer service.
