Last night during the weekly group healing session for The Sanctuary I was overcome with emotion I didn’t even know was there.

I wonder if this is true for us all during this season?

A resonance much greater than any of us individually (yet it is wholly contained and expressing through you) is waiting to more fully reveal itself.

If only we will take a moment to be fully present – it will erupt!

May the mystery continue to reveal itself to you with each breath.

May the love and peace and resonance that surrounds us all – that is who and what you really are – continue to reveal itself in your thoughts and words and actions.

May this extraordinary time between the solstice and the new year be a time for reflection and joy; a time for discovering more about yourself; a time for releasing and letting go; a time for falling more deeply in love with yourself and all of creation.
