Yes – you may download any audio, video, or other resources associated with any of the programs in your complimentary Resonance Institute Membership and from The Embodied Messenger Experience virtual retreat to an offline location, for your personal private use only.

If you have friends, colleagues, clients, or family members (with whom you don’t live) please invite them to register for their own ticket to The Embodied Messenger Experience. You may not share your login information, or any of the files or resources you have downloaded, with anyone beyond those you live with in your home (in the same physical dwelling).

If you have a perspective to share, please ask first if it is an appropriate time and place to do so.

Often students have found that when they go to ask a question, the mind goes blank when the line opens up—so if you have a question, it may be helpful to write it down first.

When you engage through questions or comments through Zoom or webcast sessions or other online programs, please remember that the more vulnerable and authentic you are, the deeper the work for you and everyone involved.

The more you let go of expectations the more powerful the experience of Divine Presence.

As you may have already experienced in your life, expectations tend to reduce joy. But they do more than just reduce joy, they occupy resources that could otherwise be present to the experience of the Divine Mystery within.

The most effective way to come to this Embodied Messenger Experience retreat is without any expectations of what will unfold, totally present to whatever is coming up for attention (before, during, and after the retreat). If you can allow yourself to feel and express whatever is coming up fully, without becoming identified with it (which usually happens when a story becomes part of the narrative), you will position yourself to do the deepest work possible.

Another way of thinking about what will unfold during your time in this retreat is to consider that whatever is needed will happen. However, often what is needed and what one wants are two entirely different things – so once again, letting go of expectations is the best approach.

Often participants in Ken’s retreats, classes, and circles, as well as messengers who work with him through one-on-one sessions report that as soon as they committed to the work, it began deep within them. Don’t be surprised if the work of the retreat begins for you as soon as you complete your registration.

Some participants in circles and retreats that Ken has facilitated in the past have come to the experience holding an intention about what they would like to accomplish or experience based on the idea that intentions amplify the impact of this kind of work. This is not the case (in fact, it can actually diminish the impact). The Divine expression in, through, and as you so far surpasses anything you could begin to imagine or intend. When you let go of intentions and expectations, something entirely new – a more raw expression of Divine Presence is able to express. Each time this happens, what is as a result available to integrate and embody supports the further opening, integration, and embodiment of the magic of Divine Presence.

For many, their first encounter with this work opened something within them they had never before encountered. Many of them continue to experience this each time they come to a retreat, participate in a circle or sit with Ken one-on-one. It’s very challenging to put this dynamic into words, but you can experience it.
