How Do I Heal — From My Heart
I trust you’re enjoying a powerful and extraordinary holiday season!! In keeping with the themes of the entire year, December has been a month of high contrast. The transformation moved into a new gear with last Friday’s Solstice.
Wow! Amazing! Wow!!!

We’ve opened the door to a new era. As we continue to step into the unknown and surrender to whatever is next, we will continue to open up to and experience the world, ourselves, and the Divine in ways we literally can’t even imagine.

One of the first questions I asked Lin David Martin (the man who told me I should be working as a healer in the fall of 2007) was “How do I heal?” It’s a question I’ve heard more times than I can count since from people around the world who want to change the experience they’re having of their body, mind, soul – or what I call the “outward expression of their life” (relationship, money, calling, etc.).
Herein lies one of the most frustrating and profound paradoxes of the spiritual journey: there is nothing to heal.
I don’t mean this in some detached “everything is OK” way. I mean no matter what level of pain and suffering you are enduring, underneath it all, you are whole. Not metaphorically whole. Literally whole: physically, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.

How does one have an experience of wholeness? This is a powerful question.
I believe at a very basic level, each and every human being on the planet is looking for the answer whether they are consciously aware of the point of their search or not.
I write about the process of experience your wholeness each week in these From My Heart posts. I’ve been working on my first book that spells this out in great detail.
And at the end of the day, wholeness is not something to understand per se. It is something to experience.

What is healing?
Healing is a concept that used to make good logical sense to me. There’s something wrong. I (or my doctor – or someone) need to understand what is wrong. Then I need to fix it.
I no longer understand healing in this way.

The gap that I have been working on closing my entire life lies between what I know and what I am experiencing.
I have discovered that when I experience something transformational, and then I can repeat the experience, knowledge flows from the experience rather that preceding it.
When I allow experiences to precede knowledge, I find surrender to be much more accessible.

Healing is a by-product of experiencing one’s wholeness.
When you experience yourself as whole on every level, the resonance from this experience can sustain in the body, mind, and spirit.
Habituating experiences of what is real (your wholeness, among other things) opens the door to a sustaining experience of what is real in every aspect of your life.

Over time as my awareness has expanded (as a function of experiences) I have received words to describe what is happening at the deeper level. I am now more able to communicate knowledge that is pointing to experience.
Still experience trumps all.
This is because language is borne of separation. And separation is an illusion.

The gift that god has given me is about helping others experience who they really are.
I am so grateful for this gift. It has changed my life in ways I can’t put to words. And it has transformed the lives of thousands of people around the world.
Wow!
I could have never imagined this just 5 years ago.

Let’s hold hands and leap into the mystery of what is unfolding together.
I am profoundly honored to be on this journey with you.
That’s it for this week … From My Heart.
Peace,
Ken
