I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, of sound mental capacity. By participating in any way with videos, MP3′s, live events or other resources presented or facilitated by or written by Ken Stone, including the website KenWStone.com and all associated websites, I understand and agree to the following:
My session, training or other services (“session”) with Ken Stone is a spiritual session. It is not a medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment, or prognosis (“medical care”) or a substitute for medical care or other licensed health care. Ken Stone and all persons acting in conjunction with Ken at this session, or otherwise, are not medical or licensed health care practitioners, do not provide medical care or health care in connection with this session; do not make any representation or promise regarding the effects or outcome of this session; and do not in connection with this session assume responsibility for any medical or health condition that I now have or may have in the future. I will not, based on this session, modify, suspend, or stop any medical care or licensed health care I am now receiving or may receive in the future, without first consulting an appropriate medical or licensed health care practitioner.
I have read and understand this agreement and authorize the session(s) to which it pertains. This release and waiver is part of the consideration (in the case of free events consideration may include your name and email address) that Ken Stone is receiving for this session, and Ken Stone would not provide this session without this release and waiver. On behalf of myself, and my heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, I release and waive any and all claims in conjunction with this session that I or they now have or may have in the future again Ken Stone, his employees, contractors, and agents, as well as all persons and organizations advising, promoting, sponsoring, hosting, or otherwise involved with this session – and their heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns.
