Practice #1: Embodiment

Go deeper than you’ve gone before with Embodiment — as you understand the process of embodiment through the video class. Practice #3: Piercing the Illusion of Separation

The illusion of separation is the source of all the dissonance in your life. It is quite simply the source of all pain and suffering.
