What Now From My Heart
Last week I wrote about the polarity between separation and oneness and how I was working on slowing down my response when I was headed into separation so I could pull back and remember who I really am.
But what to do when that doesn’t work?
I’m right in that space as I write you this evening. I tried, but I failed to pull back and remember. Can you identify?
I’m going back to my practice of experiencing the Divine within as soon as I’m done with this note to you. For me that means going Beneath the Sand (BTS) – the same process I teach others that is the foundation of my work.
Do you have a practice for fully experiencing your wholeness?
Tonight rather than guiding myself BTS, I’m going to be listening to a recording that I did for the membership community so I can be guided, rather than having to think my way through. I just want to experience my wholeness. I don’t want to think about it.
Here’s the cool thing about this process: it works every time. That’s good news for me – relief is at hand!
You’ve heard me say we’re all the same many times. Well here’s more proof. Tonight I want to experience my wholeness, not because it’s part of my spiritual practice, but because I’m stuck in separation. It doesn’t feel good. I’m looking forward to remembering my wholeness in a few minutes …
That’s it for this week… From My Heart.
Peace,
Ken
