Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Because many offerings involve live participation, time-based delivery, and experiential access, refunds are not provided.

Accidental Duplicate Purchase

If you unintentionally submit duplicate purchases, you must notify [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. If verified as an unintended duplicate purchase, any duplicate purchases beyond one will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of confirmation. Processing time thereafter depends on your financial institution.

Rescheduled or Postponed Events

If a live event is rescheduled, your registration will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, Beneath the Sand, Inc. may, at its discretion, provide event credit or alternate access.
