We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver purchased offerings, maintain business records, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.
Specific retention periods: Purchase and billing records are retained for 7 years, consistent with IRS recordkeeping requirements. Event recordings (Zoom) are retained for the duration of replay access (12 months from date of purchase) and may be retained beyond that period for internal archival purposes. Replay portal access is provided for 12 months from date of purchase, as stated in the applicable Terms & Conditions. Email and contact records are retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Children’s Privacy
This website is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
