By registering for the Embodied Divine Experience (Wednesday April 29 & Saturday May 2, 2026), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

By registering for this Event, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement.

2. Nature of the Event

The Embodied Divine Experience is a live online experiential gathering. It is offered for educational and spiritual development purposes. It is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological counseling, financial advice, or legal advice. Participation does not create a therapeutic, medical, or professional services relationship. No outcomes are promised or guaranteed. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing, including your physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual health.

3. Event Dates and Delivery

This Event consists of two live online sessions:

Session One: Wednesday, April 29, 2026 – begins at 4:00pm Eastern Time (New York)

Session Two: Saturday, May 2, 2026 – begins at 4:00pm Eastern Time (New York)

The Event is delivered virtually through third-party online platforms. If your registration is completed after one or both live sessions have taken place, your purchase provides access to the session recordings through the Resonance Institute. The no-refund policy applies regardless of when registration occurs.

4. Technical Requirements & Access

This is a live virtual Event delivered through third-party platforms. Participation requires: a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and the ability to access the designated live meeting platform. Live attendance, replay access, and delivery of materials are dependent upon third-party platform functionality, successful recording capture, and your ability to access the internet. Beneath the Sand, Inc. is not responsible for technical issues outside of its reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet connectivity issues, platform outages, email delivery delays, device incompatibility, and disruptions in recording capture by the live platform. Replays are hosted in a password-protected online platform and require internet access.

5. Replay Access Duration

Replay access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase. Access may be delivered through third-party hosting platforms. Beneath the Sand, Inc. reserves the right to change hosting platforms, delivery systems, or access methods at its discretion. If access is extended beyond the stated period, it is offered as a courtesy and does not create an ongoing obligation.

6. Personal Use License

Your registration grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and view the Event replays and materials for your personal, private use only during the access period. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, publicly display, upload, record, copy, modify, publish, transmit, or resell any portion of the Event, recordings, or materials.

7. Household Participation and Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable. A single household may participate together under one registration. Login credentials may not be reassigned, resold, or transferred to another individual or account.

8. Recording & Participation

Sessions will be recorded. If you turn on your camera, microphone, or participate verbally, your voice and image may be captured as part of the group recording. You may participate with camera and microphone turned off. Recordings may be used for replay access and future educational use.

9. No Refund Policy

Because this is a live experiential offering rather than content delivery, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

Limited Exception — Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you unintentionally purchase more than one registration, you must notify [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. If verified as an unintended duplicate purchase, any duplicate registrations beyond one will be refunded. Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of confirmation. Processing time thereafter depends on your financial institution. No other refunds will be provided.

10. Rescheduling

If Beneath the Sand, Inc. must reschedule the Event due to illness or circumstances beyond reasonable control, participants will be notified and provided with a new date. If rescheduling is not reasonably possible, Beneath the Sand, Inc. may, at its discretion, provide event credit or alternate access.

11. Assumption of Responsibility

By participating in this Event, you acknowledge that experiential work may bring forward a wide range of emotional, psychological, spiritual, or physical responses. You participate voluntarily and remain responsible for your own experience, including seeking appropriate support or care when needed.

12. Release, Waiver, and Hold Harmless

By participating in this Event, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless: Beneath the Sand, Inc., Ken W. Stone, and their officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any claims, liabilities, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to: participation in the Event, use of any recordings or materials, reliance on any content provided, emotional, psychological, spiritual, or physical responses, decisions or actions taken following participation, and technical interruptions or third-party platform disruptions. This release includes claims based on ordinary mistakes or negligence, to the extent permitted by law. This release applies whether such claims are known or unknown at the time of participation.

13. Limitation of Liability

In the unlikely event liability is established despite the release above, Beneath the Sand, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any liability that is legally determined shall be limited to the amount paid for the Event registration.

14. Intellectual Property

All Event materials, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Ken W. Stone and Beneath the Sand, Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.

15. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, VAT, duties, or governmental charges applicable in your jurisdiction.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beneath the Sand, Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Event or materials, your unlawful conduct, or your infringement of any intellectual property or third-party rights.

17. Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Event will be brought solely in your individual capacity. You waive any right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

18. Accessibility

Live sessions are conducted via Zoom with live captioning and live translation enabled. Full session transcripts are included with replay access inside the Resonance Institute. If you have questions about accessibility, contact [email protected].

19. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Beneath the Sand, Inc. regarding your registration and participation in the Event.
